• Directs, produces and presents the evening’s program

• Manages the business session

• Introduces the guests and hands over to the toastmaster of the evening

• Keeps contact to the area (D1)

Vice President Education

• Accompanies our learning progress

• Responsible for agenda

• Assigns mentors

• Responsible for Easyspeak

Vice President Membership

• Responsible for (new) members

• Welcomes guest and contacts them after the meeting

Vice President Public Relation

• Responsible for promoting our club outside of the meeting

• Fills often the function of the newsletter editor

Treasurer

• Responsible for the budget incomes and expenditures

• Sends invoices to the members

Secretary

• Writes the minutes of the executive team meetings

Sergeant at Arms

• Is the floor Manager for the Chairman

• Takes care of the conference room set-up

• Welcomes visitors and members as they arrive
